Madeira Civil Wedding
Ceremony Package

We specialize in organizing civil wedding ceremonies at the venue of your choice. Whether it’s a hotel, restaurant, quintessential Portuguese Quinta, a luxurious villa, or even a picturesque beach setting, we make it happen. In Portugal, we can orchestrate your civil ceremony in any location you desire.

To kickstart the process for your civil wedding in a Madeiran Register Office, you’ll need to provide the following documents:

– Long Birth Certificates: Obtain recent copies of your birth certificates, issued no more than six months prior to the wedding date. These documents must be Apostilled, meaning they are authenticated by the relevant governmental body in the country of issuance to validate their authenticity.

– Marriage Capacity Certificate: This document can be acquired by contacting your local registry or the embassy of your country in Portugal. In cases where some countries do not issue marriage capacity certificates, you’ll need to obtain a document from your registry or embassy affirming this. Similar to birth certificates, marriage capacity certificates must also be Apostilled and obtained no more than six months before the wedding date.

– Copies of your passports: Simple Color photocopies of your passports

– Details of 2 witnesses (if required): Provide their names, copies of passports/ID cards, residency addresses, and civil status. Note that witnesses do not need to be physically present when we meet the registrar.

Additional Documents (If Applicable):

– Divorce Decree Absolute
– Death Certificate
– Certificate of Name Change
– Adoption Certificate

Important Note: All documents need to be in the international form. National Formats outside Portugal are not accepted. Request your documents from your home country in their international versions or with an Apostille Stamp.

Once all necessary documents are prepared, we proceed with the civil wedding process, offering the following services:
